How Safe Is To Take Imodium Multi-symptom Relief While Having G6PD Deficiency?

Can a 9 year old with borderline G6PD deficiency safely take 1 pill of Imodium multi-symptom relief? One caplet is directed for her age, and it contains Loperamide HCI 2mg and Simethicone 125 mg. It is not on my list of medications to avoid, or to take. Thank you.
