How Safe Is To Take Osteofit While Having Hypothyroidism And Hypertension?

Hi, I am having osteopenia since last 25 years and have been taking calcium and Vit D. I have slip disc L4-L5 and compression fracture at D11-12. In addition, I have Hypothyroidism and Hypertension since last 15 years. Will it be safe if I take Osteofit. I am a house lady.

Dear..you are taking calcium and vitamin D for your osteoporosis that is one of important cause of back pain, slipped disc and compression fracture etc.this has been observed that most of females who work in home are osteopenic .their is no harm in taking calcium and vitamin D.you should continue that.along with that you should start eating food rich in calcium such as milk.exercise is very important factor .doing regular exercise will increase your bone density .as you mentioned you have hypothyroidism also.this condition also aggrevates osteoporosis . There is no association of hypertension and osteoporosis . So I would like to suggest your that you should continue with your calcium and vitamin D supplements along with thyroxine and antihypertensive . Hope this will help you.
