HELLO DEAR
I understand your concern, dear oxycodone belongs ti FDA category B means benefit outweight risk , This drug does not causes congenital malformation but opiod (oxycodone) can cross the placenta and babies born may be physically dependent on drug and suffer withdrawl symptoms e.g convulsion, irritabilty, tremors , excessive crying, vomiting , diarrhoea etc. so i would consult your doctor switch over to another analgesic. ALL THE BEST
THANKS
