How Safe Is Tubectomy During C-section?

Dear doctor,i delivered my first baby through c section because of prolonged labour and failed augmentation of labour(that is what is written on my report). Now i am pregnant and was wondering whether i need to undergo c-section again? i would would also like to carry out tubectomy if it is a c-section. Please advice.
