Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Fordyce spots are actually ectopic sebaceous glands present on the labial mucosa commonly and sometimes also on the undersurface of prepuce. They clinically present as yellowish pin-point like bumps under the surface which can coalesce to form yellowish plaques.

Dipsalic f is topical steroid+salicylic acid and has no role whatsoever in fordyce spots. Treatment of fordyce spots is surgical removal with either CO2 laser or Radiofrequency cautery.
