How Safe Is Using Qlaira Birth Control Pill?
Hi doctor,
I am 19 years old, 60 kg and that is the first time I am having a birth control pill. I had sexual relations 2 weeks ago, but used condom during the ejaculation so it should be fine.
I am using Qlaira pill (sometimes I am late, but nothing more than 1 or 2 hours), and my period came earlier! Just one week earlier, and it was really weak as well. My period lasted for 5 days, even though it wasn't that much and stopped when I took the second pill (when my period should come) . Is that normal?

It is completely normal to get your period 7 days earlier or later than expected. Birth control pills can also contribute to mild menstrual irregularities. It is nothing to be worried about.
