my grandmother's doctor advise to take vertin 8mg,METHYCOBALAMINE AND ALPHA LIPOIC ACID SOFT GELS REJUNEX & CAFIPAR for headache and vertigo problame,I just want to knw this medicine work in whch way n is it use ful for ths problame or not please reply
