Hello dear
Understand your concern
Please consult the gynecologist as you had accidental use of MTP kit.

It can cause uterine contraction and produce abortion.
But mifepristone can cause malformation of fetus in rare case.
So you should go for USG to confirm no any malformation or defect in fetus during first trimester.
If there is no defect in fetus , you can continue pregnancy.
But close follow up of fetus growth should be monitored.

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
