hi i have a cyst on my right hand kidney 35mm how serious can tat be.. i do have alot off back pain and soreness inside d vagina, goin toilet more.. prickly feelin only lately comin from my kidney what does tat mean,, is it growin more.. wats best option...

they are likely two distinct conditions. Simple cysts are benign and need an US screening every year. This is likely your case. On the other hand, exclude a urine infection with urinalysis and urine culture. Take care,
