How Serious Is RBBB? Should I Be Worried?

Hello I am a 29yr old female. I was just diagnosed today through the ER with a right bundle branch block. I went in for chest pain. I had very low blood pressure (92/56 today). I also have Von Willebrand. I am just wondering how serious RBBB is and if I should be worried. Thank you

There are many causes of RBBB. One of them is congenital and there is no cause for it and nothing needs to be done for it esp in young people. I suggest you consult a cardiologist and get a heart work up done to establish the exact cause.
