Hi..Im female.My age is 29 & My cholesterol is 225. Doctor didn t prescribe me any medicine & said to avoid food having cholesterol?should I take any medicine for it like lipiget 10mg? Can I take lipiget before going to become pregnant?what kind of food should I use to lower cholesterol?
