How Serious Is Injury Due To Falling On Concrete Floor And Losing Blood?

my friend fell and hit her head on a concrete floor last night. There was a lot of blood. we called 911 and she was taken to the hospital. They flew her to a different hospital and put her in the ICU. She has two areas on her brain that are bleeding.They have not ruled out surgery. This entire time she has been completely conscious and coherent. ow serious is this injury? when will they perfom surgery and what will happen? Thankyou.
