How Serious Is My Condition If I Have Redness, Cuts, And Swelling After Prolonged Unprotected Sex, And Is Using Undiluted Dettol Safe?

Hi. I had unprotected sex for almost 5 hours last night. During i was feeling pain next to my pubic hair at the bottom area of my penis. I was not climaxing for some weird reason so i just kept going and going. Woke up to redness and some cuts. Everytime i check that area its looking red ,wet or sweaty. Thought i might have a burnt infection. So i just applied undiluted dettol on the red areas. How much trouble am I in?
