How Serious Is My Ovarian Cyst?
I have been Dx with a complex septated ovarian cyst measuring 5.4x 5.3 x 7.3 cm. I was discharged from the hospital on 10/9.14 , saw my PCP today and wants me to wait, She Rx Norco but is been alxost 3weeks with this pain. What is the size of the cyst and how serious is it please?

Your report suggests large complex ovarian cyst.In majority of the cases,it only require watchful observation.
You need proper work-up for complex ovarian cyst.Though it is benign in majority of the cases,it is important to rule out malignancy.
You need further investigations like CA 125,contrast CT scan of abdomen.
Since cysts is symptomatic,surgery can be considered after proper work-up.
