My mom has mildly dilated right artrium, right ventricle, main pulmonary artery and its branches, mildly depressed RV dysfunction. Mildly tricupsid regurgitation, estimated pulmonary artery pressure= 73 mm Hg, suggestive of severe pulmonary hypertension. How much serious is this ?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, with such elements (cardiac) of mild category the clinical symptoms matters the great, but I could guess it that there may not be any symptoms, and in absence of this it may not be serious condition hope this information helps.
