How Serious Is Severe Pulmonary Hypertension?

My mom has mildly dilated right artrium, right ventricle, main pulmonary artery and its branches, mildly depressed RV dysfunction. Mildly tricupsid regurgitation, estimated pulmonary artery pressure= 73 mm Hg, suggestive of severe pulmonary hypertension. How much serious is this ?

I really appreciate your concern, with such elements (cardiac) of mild category the clinical symptoms matters the great, but I could guess it that there may not be any symptoms, and in absence of this it may not be serious condition hope this information helps.
