How Serious Is The Following ECG Result:Left Access Deviation, Poor R Wave Progression, Left Anterior Hemi Block & Masking Inferior Infart?

I have just recently had an ECG, with the following diagnosis: Left access deviation, poor R wave progression, Left anterior hemi block and masking inferior infart. Poor R wave progression possible clock wise rotation, but can t exclude infarct. My GP didn t explain anything to me other than he will be sending me for a stress test. I don t know the seriousness of this condition, and would like to as the Doctor recieving the referral is away sick and it s unknown of his return.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi i read your query very carefully.

This are serious findings and you should consult immediately a cardiologist, because this are signs for the presence of ischemic heart disease.

I recommend to run the following exams:
- ECHO
- Stress test
- Holter monitoring

Hope it was of help!
