How Serious Is To Have Heartburn/arm Numbness, Enzyme Levels 513-525 For A Diabetic?

hi, my boyfriend is currently in hospital with a suspected heart attack after suffering "feelings of heartburn and numbness of left arm" he is a diabetic. his enzyme levels are varying between 513 and 525, could you tell me the severity, or anticipated severity of the damage please?

dear madam I understand your concern.usually the mortality in heart attack with diabetes will be more but I guess your boy friend age will be in his 20-30 so he might be having a good out come.may I know what enzymes you are trying to tell me About.......I can serve you better with the information you give me ......regards
