How Serious It Is To Blow Off A Chunk Of Cartilage Out Of The Nose While Suffering On And Off Nasal/sinus Infection ?
Hi I've been suffering on and off with a nasal/sinus infection for the last 2 months. This time it has returned and I have blown a chunk of cartliage out of my nose. I'm not sure how serious this is? I'm currently taking amoxicillin. It's also very painful.
Hi. There are a few known cases of cartilage being blown . What you need is a CT scan of nose and sinuses and an ENT check-up to know the cause and extent of infection. To rule out any serious problem which may need a long treatment and removal of the remaining diseased parts.
