I have just started a z pak of azithromycin this day,,am experiencing fever due to my respiratory infection,,,can I take an aspirin to reduce my fever:. I took my first dosage of 2 three hours ago, and have fever due to my condiion..forgot to ask dr. today..closed now ,,nightime. en
