How Should Clindamycin Palmitate Hydrochloride Be Taken?
WE have a prescription for Clindamycin Palmitate Hydrochloride for Oral Suspension - the instructions say to give 7 ml 3x a day.. it does not mention the information on the bottle that speaks of adding 75ml of water to the bottle.. is it possible the Dr did not need it to be mixed with water?
