How Should Combiflam And Meftal Be Taken Concurrently?

Hi My son has an tonsilitis n high fever. 102 103. Doc has prescribed augmentin and meftal p. However his fever comes back within 4 hr n also t takes time for fever to come down. He gets longer fever free period with combiflam syrup. His weight is 25 kg and he is 7 yrs old. Which gap shld be ok between two syrups combiflam n meftal p? Thanks.

Hi,

Don't give both meftal p and combiflam as both contains paracetamol. Rather giving any of the two for fever you should give Calpol or Crocin which is paracetamol, very effective medicine for fever.
