How Should Duloxetine Be Taken?

Hello, I am on 30mg of Duloxetine prescribed by doctor for anxiety and back pain especially at night loss of sleep. The back pain has definitely decreased as I told my doctor....My doctor said that I could go offa day here or ther e because of decrease of sexual desire/ orgasm so it would help and then just take dosage after or next day. I usually take it after dinner or later after intimacy times. IS THAT OKAY??? I also find myself a bit more forgetful and hand shking now and then is that a common side effect?

Hello,

It may be due to age related or weakness associated tremors. But yes it is possible that erectile dysfunction with this drug.

Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
Try to take the medicine at the same time each day. Do not crush, chew, break, or open an extended-release capsule. Swallow it whole.

It may take 4 weeks or longer before your symptoms improve. Keep using the medication as directed. Do not stop using Duloxetine without first talking to your doctor. You may have unpleasant side effects if you stop taking this medication suddenly.
