How Should Eumosone M Be Applied For Red Patches Around The Nose?

I have ugly red patches around my nose from many years and if I got out in sun this spreads to my cheeks and forehead after few days the parts turn normal but not the area around nose.visited a doctor who suggested to use eumosone-m cream for seven days then picon cream but she didn t say how and when to use? She also gave anti dandruff shampoo and suggested to avoid sunlight at any cost.

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, the spots you are mentioning seems to be melasmas, and less likely to be allergic or eczematous rash. The medicine you are using aim at eczema etc.

In my opinion, using melanopeel or depigmentation creams on the rashes specifically may be helpful. A second opinion may be sought from a dermatologist and UV therapy etc may be discussed.

Sunblocks of SPF 30 and above can be used on other exposed areas other than rash.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
