i have been using a lot of creams since i have been become a victim of acne and some worked for a while but then got the acne back even; last week i started using betnovate ointment - n cream, and the first two days, all the spots were gone untill a week after, i got them back with moree, what shall i do?
As you said you have acne. You applied betnovate. Betnovate is steroid. It may worsen the acne lesions. So never use it. Acne is precipitated by many factors beside genetic tendency. Stress, anxiety, sun exposure, oily food, insomnia, drugs like steroid..etc may be responsible. Clindamycine gel may be applied at night. Acmed face wash thrice a day may improve. Minocycline 50 mg in morning and isotretinoin 5 mg at night for few months may be helpful to reduce and prevent acne lesions. Do not be anxious. You may be benefittef. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
