How Should Keppra And Lamictal Be Taken?

Hello. My daughter takes Keppra and Lamictal together twice a day. She takes her medicine at 9 in the morning and at night. She forgot to take dosage at 9 this morning and didn t notice it until 5 o clock. She teaches school. She went ahead and took her medicine at 5. Should she wait 12 hours before taking it again. I am her mom.

Hello,

Yes, she may wait for 12 hours for the next dose so don't worry. One half-life won't affect much. Still, have queries please feel free to ask.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
