How Should Misoprostol And Mifepristone Be Taken?

Hi, I have in intrauterine gestational sac, missed period for 10 day, have taken misoprostal orally by mistake after 36 hr of mifepristone, when and how do you suggest to take remaining 2 tabs and should I take transexamic acid, will the bleeding be more for oral?

Hello,

After taking Mifepristone, Misoprostol usually prescribed after 72 hour. If you have no induced bleeding after 45 minute of taking Misoprostol then repeat dosage of Misoprostol required. Trenexemic acid will not beneficial for abortion and no need to take it. I suggest you to consult gynecologist for examination and undergo abortion under gynecologist supervision.
