How Should PCOS, Irregular Periods, Spotting With Clotting Be Treated?

Dear Dr. Chetna, I've been diagnosed with PCOS. For your info, my periods started at the age of 14. Since then i've neva had regular periods. I've used several medications over and again... Primolut N, Progyluton, Diane 35, etc. I visited a doctor who has again recommended Primolut N! And i wonder wen i did't get well from it, why to use it again! Since 15 days, m having spotting and clots! Please suggest!
