How Should Parkinson's Disease With UTI, Pus Cells And Swelling Be Treated?

My mother in law of age 70yrs is suffering from parkinsons with acute urine infection with 200/250 puss cell. Also has swelling in legs, feet and ankles is not able to walk at all. She is also suffering from short breath. Kindly suggest what medical aid should be given.
