Hy i am 22 yr old ..can u plz help me how to take safi i viewed lots of videos on tube but all seems dfrnt they say dfrnt sugstn some say cold water some say hot is benificial some say we can take during periods and some no cant take ...mixing with water or not all sorts of confusing advise plz gve me a genuine advice m usng safi for frst tym hope u rep
