General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the intake of Susten is recommended on morning and evening basis for 3 days; later on after the last dose intake you will get menses after 4-5 days.

So be patient and wait for the medicine to act and show up the results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
