How Should TB Uterus Causing Irregular Periods Be Treated?

hii I am Neha Khare,age 24,unmarried. i am already a hypothyroid patient and also have once got caught Tuberculosis in Uterus in 2004..have taken its treatment for about 8 months,but havent get it checked after the treatment.Now again i got trapped in this problem of tuberculosis by having irregular periods.pls advice me proper treatment.
