How Should UTI, Hydronephrosis, Rectal Bleeding, Ear Infections, Body Spots Be Treated?

My son is 7 months old. He has had 2 UTI and has hydroneuphrosis. He also tested postive for blood in his stools. There is nothing wrong with the tubes that go from the kidneys to the uretha. He has now been sick since Jan 28th. He has drainage from the eye, ear infections, running nose, cough, red throat. He also has episoded where he chokes on his bottle and turns purple and blue. Aspiration has already been ruled out and he is on thick feeds and not allowed to have baby food. He is slowly developing these brown pea size brown dots on his body. The ones in his groin were first then legs now stomach and back. The ones on his stomach and back are oval like and thin. I am getting the run around with his local docs, please what is going on with my son.
