How Should A Large Red Boil Like Bumps On The Breast And In Between The Buttocks Be Treated?

Hi I have a red ball in my breast like a boil and it hurst. I know is not from my breast because i just had mammogram and everything came out all right. I get these red boils inside my tides my butt and sometimes under my arms. but i put some medicine for pimples and they go away. But this is the first time I get one on my breast and is as big as a quater or bigger. It fills hard like a cysts now I am a little worry. Should I see my gyn doctor or primary doctor.
