How Should A Plateau Fracture, Non Union Fractures, Torn Meniscus Be Treated?

I have a palteau fracture with non union fractures and torn meniscus. ostopenia that is causing thining of the tibia havig constant joint and severe bone pain from this jury. this injury happen on the job but workers comp has dismiss me but the injury was not taken care like it should. i have mri's showing all the damage that the doctor miss. He never did a mri but look at xrays only. What should i do to have this fix too have a normal life but from this injury i have been unemployee..
