How Should A Pus Filled Swollen Blister On The Lip Be Treated?

I woke up today and my lip was swollen.. I m paranoid it s herpes, but I haven t made out with anyone in like five years.. It has clear pus like a blister, but I imagine that s just basic white blood cells. I felt nothing wrong with my lips until today.. No tingling, no burning, just my typical winter dryness. It definitely looks like some of the old pictures of mild herpes cases, but they apparently last a week+... I didn t put anything unusual to my lips yesterday (Saturday), but I was mushroom hunting on Friday..
