How Should A Recurring Teratoma Tumor Be Treated?

i am kaveri . i want to ask question to nurologist                                               my daughter is 6 year old. she had a spiral tumour sergeory on 10th april 2009 under observation of dr.charudatta apte in sahyadri hospital.it was turmour of teratoima. and after one and half month. tumour again grew. and for that 2nd sergeory need to be done and it took place on 23rd may 2009 under observation dr.charudatta apte. After that the gave 4 kimo theorpy . Is there any soln like sergory,kimo?
