How Should A Subseptate Uterus Be Treated For Natural Conception?

hello doctor,
had some queries about sub septate uterus
wondering if a heart shaped Uterus has anything to do with natural conception?
I'm 27 yrs old and had a HSG done 4 months ago which revealed it however both my tubes are open.We have been trying seriously for about 6 months now.
