How Should A Testicle Lump With Softness Be Treated?

Hi, In my testicle "sack" Along with the two testicles i can feel a soft almost lumpy mass that i dont think is attached to either oft he testicles. There is no pain when pressed. It almost feels like an enlarged vain with extra tissue attached to it. Is this something i should worry about. It's been there for a few years now. Thanks

Welcome to health care magic.

1.You have palpated and felt a soft lumpy feeling in the scrotal sac.
2.Possibilly you are feeling the chord or epididymis as a soft lump. Since you are not symptomatic i don't think there is some thing abnormality.
3.In this case you get it examined by any doctor, who will be better in assessment.
4.The investigation of choice in this case will be ultrasound scrotum, ultrasound will help testicular parenchyma, chord, epididymis, presence of any free fluid and weather there is any lump or not.
5.In this case let doctor examined, if you are not satisfied request for the scan - that will clear all your doubts. Get an appointment and followup.

Good luck.
