How Should A Thigh Heterogeneous Lesion Be Treated?

Hi Gud evening sir this jyothi from hyderabad my 8 yrs old son is having avm problrm in his left thigh i should maxim dr in hyd bit i dint get any success in his case recently again the pain started so dr ask me to get MRI done i did that in MRI reports result is as.... Heterougenous mass lesion involving left thigh subcutaneous tissues and muscles as described above- hemangioma first docter says he will be cure with surgery but after seeing MRI reports they all are aginst the surgery. Please tell whqat to do
