How Should A Vaginal Area Protrusion Be Treated?

recently when i have a bowel movement or pee a bubble will protrude from the vagina area to where i can feel it but will go back in..the best way i could describe this is like when you blow up a ballon and then deflate..i have no pain but am really concern..
