How Should A Vaginal Lump Be Treated?

Hi, I had my first baby 15 months ago. Since then i have found quite a large lump tjust on the inside of my vagina opening towards the back wall. I'm sure it's not any kind of S.T.I as me and my husband were both tested before trying for children. Can you help?
