How Should A Vaginal Lump With Bleeding, Tenderness And Pain Be Treated?

Ive had a large lump on my right side of my vigina, I have done some research and it looks as if maybe its a bartholin cyst, a few days went by and it drained. Today I have noticed it is back and with some bleeding. Now I m having pain on the left side that is very tender and terrible to touch...Any idea?
