How Should Acute Knee Pains Be Treated?

Hi my name is jordan i am a 19 year old male since the age of around 8 years old i have had serious problems with both of my knees, i have being told that it is growing pains or minor tendon damage but mainly sinding larsen johansson syndrome but from what i have read about sinding larsen johansson syndrome i am under the belife that this is a diease that affect younger than my self.
