How Should Amenorrhea, Spotting, Irregular Menstruation With Cramping Be Treated?

I am 20 years old and my menstruation hasn’t been on in three months. I have a little bit of spotting which looks pinkish. I have always had an irregular menstruation, but it was fine two months prior. I also have some lower cramps. All pregnancy tests have been negative. What could be wrong?
