How Should An Abdominal Incision Knot With Pain And Bruising Be Treated?

I had a complete hysterectomy on August 26. Everything went good. As of Thursday I developed a huge knot under my abdominal incision. It painful to the touch. Doctor called antibiotics in. Hasn t seemed to help. The bruising is almost turned my skin black around the knot. I am a type 1 diabetic also. The pain is horrible. And he gives me 20 painpills at a time. I don t know what else to do to ease the pain between percocets and motrin. Just agitated and confused!
