How Should An Injury To The Penis During Intercourse Due To A Hair Be Treated?

Hey, I just had sex with my girlfriend. While having sex my penis got pierced. with a hair of my girlfriend.... It is in the edge of my penis. and it is now a knot and now i can t pull the hair out. what should i do? if i tighten very much, i should tear off about 0.5 mm of my penis skin. Please help!
