How Should Aorta Tear, Liver Damage With Low Blood Pressure Be Treated?

My father has a tear in his aorta with the liver damaging... WWW.WWWW.WW say he is to weak to have op...hes 63 they are just keeping his blood pressure low...wot are the survival chances for him doing this...should they operate even if hes not been eating and weak...?

If this is aortic rupture then the only chance for him would be surgical procedure. Unfortunately, if surgery cane be performed, death is inevitable.
