How Should Arm And Elbow Lumps With Pain And Hardness Be Treated?

I fell at a spa by slipping in some water when I landed I hurt my arm but I wasn't concerned. A few minutes later a bruise form and a hard lump and was extremely painful to touch it's almost a week later and the bruises turn yellow but the lump is still hard and painful there's also a smaller lump near my elbow which also formed at the same time. Should I seek medical attention or will I be fine?
