How Should Arms Pimples With Hardness And Pores Be Treated?

yes I m having skin issue on my arms..like pimples or infected hair facials. never heal that sometimes get a scab that us flat ant white. I us open it it us a small ball hard and sometimes stringy. it is hard to get out as if u pull on it it stretches out and sucks back in . l Ike it s to big in the pore. when u get it out it leaves a dark large hole compared to surround in pores. can have a few around each other or just on. won t go away.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of arms pimples with hardness and pores which occurs due to blockage of clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected is another cause for this. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to make use of product containing benzoyl peroxide. Take Multivitamin supplements. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Apply topical antibacterial ointment 2% topical mucopren. Apply Adapalene gel once at night. Also wash area with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your skin once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day.If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist.
