How Should Back And Buttock Bruising With Hip Area Pain Be Treated?

I have some kind of like bruising that looks like streaks on my lower right back just at the top of my buttocks thats been there now, that I know of for about three months it doesnt hurt to touch, but I do have a pain in that region from what I say is my hip area and sacrum though that bothers me a lot and, but that has bothered me for years now my back that is. And I've been told my liver enyzmes were up is any of this related or what is it?
